Photo hunter - surprise

Don't think our daughter would have liked this surprise awaiting her in front of her tent. We could just imagine her popping out her head of her tent and screeching in fright at this surprise. Ever since a bird picked her in het hand she doesn't like anything with feathers coming too close.
Lucky her we awoke first and the geese family didn't seem to like us that much so they took off to the river. Here they go.

Beautiful shots - even if the subjects would have surprised your daughter.

You just never know what you'll see when you open a tent flap! My list includes wild turkeys and racoons.

Sometimes those geese can be right mean. Glad you moved them on before daughter got up.

Hope you have a Happy Weekend!

lovely photos, I like geese very much but probably wouldn't want to be surprised too much by them!

Your daughter wouldn't want to camp at Victoria Falls I guess, where regular campsite visitors can include warthogs and monkeys (and the monkeys will unzip tents to steal food stored in them!)
