Angers

This is the cathedral in Angers. We ate our baguettes near the fountain before walking up all those stairs to visit the cathedral.
After we visited the cathedral we walked to the castle of Angers with its huge castlewalls.
We passed over a little bridge through the heavy doors of the castle. We walked over the walls and saw what was behind the castle walls.
In a special hall the huge tapestry of the Apocalyps is kept under special conditions. It was amazing! Especially imagining the time it must have taken to make such a tapestry. WOW!
